1. Introduction

2. Products

Our products include desktop applications, mobile applications, and audio plugins (“Software”). All Software is licensed, not sold. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Software.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are listed in USD (or your local currency, if available). Taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may be applied depending on your location and are handled by the provider.

4. Delivery of License Keys

After purchase, you will receive a license key via email. This key unlocks the Software and may be linked to your account or device. Please keep your license key safe; lost keys may require proof of purchase for recovery.

5. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly:

• All sales are final.
• Refunds will only be granted if you purchased the same product more than once by mistake (duplicate purchase), or if the Software is proven to be defective and we cannot provide a fix.
• No refunds will be provided for change of mind, system incompatibility, or incorrect product choice.

6. License Restrictions

You agree not to share, resell, or distribute license keys, reverse-engineer or modify the Software, or use the Software for unlawful purposes.

7. Updates & Support

We may provide free updates, bug fixes, or improvements at our discretion. Major upgrades may require a new purchase. Support is available through our contact page.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to piracy or abuse.

9. No Warranties

The Software is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Software will meet your requirements or function without errors on all systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including data loss, system issues, or indirect damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
